At Rooted, our obligation is both to our clients and our therapists—to create a space in which both may thrive in a mutually beneficial relationship. To that end, we ask that you observe the following policies.
Late Arrival
Our therapists see multiple clients in a day, and their schedules rarely allow them to work beyond the predetermined end time for a given treatment. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will end at the originally booked time, and the cost of the treatment will not change.
Late Cancellations
Advance notice of a cancellation allows other clients to be accommodated and helps minimize disruption of the workday and loss of income for therapists. We ask that you make any cancellations at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time are subject to the total cost of the session.
No Call/No Show
If you miss a scheduled treatment without giving any cancellation notice, you will be billed the full price of the session by that practitioner and must pay for the treatment before booking another appointment with any practitioner at Rooted.
Treatments for Minors
We require a parent or guardian present in the treatment room for children aged 16 or younger. We require a guardian or parent on-site for minors 16 to 18 years of age. Individual therapists at Rooted may require a signed waiver before working with minors.
