Anna was born and raised in New Mexico, where she fell in love with nature and the mountains, often enjoying weekend visits to Santa Fe and Taos, taking in the unique culture that New Mexico has to offer. At the age of 19, Anna moved to Dana Point, California, where she raised her daughter and spent days enjoying the ocean breeze and the relaxed beach lifestyle. She spent 20 years in California as a private massage therapist and the past 8 years working as a physical therapy assistant in an outpatient facility providing rehabilitation for patients with acute and chronic pain from work-related injuries, accidents, and surgeries. Throughout her career, she has had the pleasure of working in several integrative teams with acupuncturists, nutritionists, chiropractors, and orthopedic surgeons. Since moving to Tucson in 2018, she has practiced in a high-end spa environment while continuing to work in physical therapy and as a private massage practitioner.
Anna is dedicated to the promotion of holistic health and wellness. She values all aspects of health—physical, mental, spiritual, and nutritional. Anna specializes in therapeutic and integrative massage, tailoring each treatment to the unique needs of her client, often incorporating deep-tissue, rehabilitation, and sports massage techniques, as well as hot stones and cupping. She creates individualized plans for each client to rehabilitate injuries, promote relaxation, and reduce stress, while encouraging the client to enjoy a pampering treatment! In her free time, Anna enjoys being outdoors experiencing the desert sky, the sounds of birds, and the true beauty that the desert has to offer. She also enjoys listening to live music, walking her sweet dog, and, most importantly, spending time with friends and family.
