Learn more about Biofield Tuning here.

Sheri has long felt an inner calling to support others in reconnecting with their inner light and natural state of harmony. This feeling deepened considerably after a transformative experience with quantum biofeedback opened her eyes to a new way of seeing both the world and her place within it. “I had never considered our world, and my body, from the perspective of energy, frequency, and consciousness,” she says. “It expanded my awareness beyond the world of matter and only believing in what you can ‘see.’ ” This was the spark that, after a successful career as a business analyst, began her journey into energetic wellness.

That was over two decades ago. Since then, she has explored a wide range of practices—from meditation, visualization, and channeling to using sound and frequency as tools for healing our electromagnetic bodies. She has also come to deeply respect the power of thought and language in shaping our reality. All of this study has deepened her appreciation for the intelligence of the human biofield.

Sheri became a certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner in 2023 and completed Levels I & II Usui/Holy Fire Reiki in 2024. These tools allow her to help clients harmonize their nervous systems, release discordant energetic patterns, and experience greater clarity, peace, and vitality. “My focus is on clearing blocks within the human biofield,” she says, “ to facilitate a resurgence of vibrancy, creativity, and clarity in life.”

Sessions are conducted in a private space where the client rests fully clothed on a massage table (a seated option is available). After talking through any questions or intentions the client may have, the session begins with some mindful breathing to quiet the mind and bring awareness to the body. Sheri then uses a variety of high-quality audible and weighted tuning forks on specific areas of the body’s biofield and may place weighted tuning forks directly on the body, where the client may experience a vibrational buzzing.

The effects of the harmonic frequencies emanating from the tuning forks can be consciously experienced, but often the work is more subtle, and changes are unconscious.  Experiences are personal and unique for everyone; some fall asleep, while others stay alert and report feeling extremely relaxed. Clients have shared a variety of sensations, from slight nausea to strong buzzing through their body, while some report feeling nothing remarkable.

Some clients experience unexpected recall of memories and events, things they haven’t thought about in a number of years, and others report greater clarity or insight. Nevertheless, these are not necessarily talking sessions. “I am here to hold space and create a safe place to heal and restore,” Sheri says, “The amount of information people share with me is completely up to them.”

Rooted in curiosity, compassion, and joy, Sheri’s work is a heart-centered offering to humanity—an invitation to align with coherence, authenticity, and well-being.

Sheri's Reasons Why
Biofield Tuning Might Be Right for You

Are you feeling stuck or stagnant in life, a job, a relationship or personal wellbeing and wanting something better, but not knowing where to start? Past key events or traumas, when unexpressed or acknowledged can leave blips of charged, discordant energy in our personal biofield. These charges hinder the vital flow of electrical energy through our field, energy centers, and systems in the body, leaving us feeling depleted and drained. These unprocessed charges result in us being more easily triggered and reactive and not understanding why. It’s commonly understood that unprocessed emotions can also be stored by the body as a stress response, in some cases eventually manifesting as dis-ease. I am not licensed in the field of psychology or talk therapy, it is at a client’s discretion whether they choose to share any insights or not. During a session our focus is on the forks and noticing what is felt in the body as energy moves.

For some clients, stress reduction is a good starting point to working with Biofield Tuning. By stilling the body and quieting the mind, the frequencies of the forks will reintroduce coherent frequencies into the field and body, supporting it in achieving a balanced state.

It can also serve as a bridge to hands-on bodywork. Massage is wonderful and effective form of body therapy, but not everyone is prepared to try it. I have family members who are uncomfortable with massage, so I understand. Biofield Tuning is NOT massage, nor does it address the many, many benefits one gets from receiving a massage, but it can be a starting point, an introduction of sorts that brings people to the "table" as they begin their personal healing journey.

'Can Biofield Tuning help me with this pain I’m feeling?' Some people may experience relief from pain after one or multiple Biofield Tuning sessions. However, I am not licensed in any medical capacity and prefer not to approach sessions from the perspective of injury or pain relief. Is it possible that a chronic issue that hasn’t been resolved by other medical means could have an imbalanced energetic component? Or perhaps a chronic-stress component? I believe this is a possibility.

It can also enhance the benefits of other practices. Biofield Tuning has a layering effect, taking the benefits of many supportive practices even deeper. Are you doing yoga? Journaling? Creating art? Use the benefits of intentional coherent frequencies to remove unconscious blocks to your energy flow.
