Reginald’s path to therapeutic work began with a personal experience—seeing a close family member navigate life after a severe spinal cord injury. Witnessing the transformative power of rehabilitation inspired his belief that true recovery is not only restoring basic physical function, but returning to the activities that give our lives meaning.
This philosophy guides all of his work. “I approach each client as a whole person, not just a diagnosis,” he says. Reginald’s goal in lymphatic therapy is to go beyond reducing swelling and pain, helping clients regain their sense of self and return to their desired baseline. Reginald specializes in manual lymph drainage (MLD), complete decongestive therapy (CDT), compression wrapping, and garment fitting. Lymphatic massage is a gentle, evidence-based approach that improves fluid movement within the lymphatic system, reduces edema, and alleviates discomfort. While lymphedema can be congenital, it most often follows surgeries or treatments—such as mastectomies, radiation therapy, or cosmetic procedures—that impair lymphatic flow. Reginald works with clients managing chronic lymphedema, post-operative swelling, and pain or stiffness related to surgery or injury. Reginald’s sessions are one hour long and priced at $95. First-time clients receive a comprehensive evaluation to review medical history, assess current needs, and set personal goals. From there, he will create a tailored plan that may include swelling reduction, tissue reshaping, compression-garment guidance, skin-care strategies, and a home-exercise program to maintain progress. Originally from Denver, Reginald moved to Arizona for school, eventually making Tucson his home. Outside of work, he is an avid hiker and backpacker who loves exploring the outdoors. |
