Leslie helps high-achieving men and women thrive despite challenges. Her customized program helps clients focus on skills such as self-care, stress management, mental agility, letting go of things that no longer serve them, fueling their efforts with positive emotions, and self-kindness.
Before she became a coach, Leslie, like many Americans, was working long hours in a very demanding job and mismanaging her stress—eating lots of junk food, not exercising, sleeping poorly, and not having any fun. In short, trading her well-being, health, and relationships for career success. She eventually realized that this lifestyle was unsustainable and enrolled in a wellness class offered through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. Leslie, who has a PhD, was so impressed by the science-based integrative approach to health she learned there, that she was inspired to make several significant lifestyle changes.
After months of concerted effort, she began to feel inspired, calm, connected, rested, and productive again. She was so happy with these changes, that she became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, working with others to make the same improvements to the quality of their lives.
As a developmental psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in transformation, Leslie has helped hundreds of people achieve new levels of vibrancy, happiness, and success. Interested? To find out more, please visit Leslie’s website.
“I am so grateful for Leslie’s coaching! Despite being a successful professional, I was often plagued by doubt and a vague sense of dissatisfaction, and unsure what to do about it. Leslie helped me to solidify my core values within the first few sessions. She helped me to recognize how my daily efforts were or weren’t working towards those values. Mid-way through our sessions, I had a family crisis. Leslie helped me to navigate that with clearer eyes. Leslie has just the right balance of compassion, encouragement, and “telling it like it is.” Don’t go it alone – coaching with Leslie is a valuable tool that really enhances your life.”

“Being the director of a nonprofit during a pandemic is beyond stressful! But working with Leslie helped me manage my stress. Leslie’s consistency and encouragement during this exceptionally difficult time really helped me remember the importance of self-care. Leslie’s active listening skills, empathy, and ability to appreciate my concerns, really made a difference.”
-Chris, Nonprofit Director
“I couldn’t have asked for a better life coach. I was mostly looking for professional coaching to help guide me through the first few months at my new job, which is always stressful. Leslie is a great listener and helped me successfully navigate my first 3 months. I learned a lot during my sessions. I highly recommend Leslie. Also, she was always punctual and very accommodating. I will be going back to her for sure.”
