Flo is a holistic health practitioner and massage therapist with a unique background and a heartfelt approach to healing. Born in Paris, she grew up in the heart of the city and earned an international-business degree before her journey took her across the globe to Japan. After experiencing the stress of corporate life in Tokyo, she chose a new path. “I’ve always liked helping people, and when we moved to San Diego, I changed careers and enrolled in holistic health school.” In 2006, she earned a 1,000-hour certification to follow her passion for holistic wellness.
Specializing in integrative massage, Flo combines therapeutic techniques with soothing flow for deeply restorative results. Compassionate, intuitive, and deeply attuned, Flo’s sessions are more than just massage—they’re a space to relax, release, and reconnect with yourself. Clients leave her table not only feeling renewed in body, but also more balanced in mind and spirit. Outside of work, Flo is a dedicated mother of two and an animal lover with two pugs and two cats. She finds joy in traveling, swimming, hiking, camping, gardening, baking, and exploring the healing arts. Flo is also a black belt in Judo. MT-28666
